We took put a bt sport hd package direct with BT sport 2 months ago now, however we still dont have access to the Hd channels.

we have contacted bt sport direct and they confirm the issue is your end.

please help resolve my issue

@Mark39 The only thing I could think of was the hd swap out hasn't worked for some reason
