I pay 65.25 pm for my sky package. It has sky signature sky kids and sky hd. I only want the package that has the recording option. Is there a basic sky package that has the recording option onlu

It would be the Sky Signature one so minus the kids and HD packages. I'm not sure there is a record only package now unless anyone knows any different ?

Sky Essentials was available but only for Sky Q, I'm not sure if they still have that though

It still exists for Sky Q, but not sure about Sky+. Probably best to check with Sky @MR521

Television Essentials is now delivered on a Q box, presumably so that Sky can offer discounts to 'encourage' the user to upgrade to a full Signature bundle and then just flip a switch to enable the provisioning.
