Channelhas frozen and I am unable to change programme to another channel

Ability to change channel frozen. Have turned Sky box off for 4 mins and restarted to no effect

Have you tried pulling the mains plug out for at least 5 minutes?

 

If you have then, try a Planner Rebuild
