Channel loss

Getting message 'sky box isn't getting a satellite signal'. After starting the reboot still not getting certain channels the were originally there?

Looks like you have a fault with your dish, the LNB (on the arm of the dish) or cabling. Give Sky a call to book an engineer who will investigate.
