Channel loss warning

A warning keep coming up saying channel will be lost by August. Although we have started a new package

If you have HD then that message is wrong as it refers to some SD channels only

Which box do you have - do you have an HD box or still a very old SD only box ?

Did you by any chance get a second hand HD box ?

 

If you do have an HD box you shouldn;t  loose the channels in August and should not be getting the message but it is possible that SKY records are not correct and thus you are getting the nessage.
