My sky box keeps changing channels when I am watching a program or a recording. It will not let me change it from the Channel it changes to. It switches itself off every few minutes and when switched back on will switch off again. It records items not set.
I have bought a new remote. Paired the new remote to sky box. Updated software and followed instructions on screen. Nothing has worked.
I have contacted sky 4 times over last 2 months now in relation to this and if not resolved immediately I will want my tv package cancelled.
