why does BBC News Ch503 show this in the evening?

i receive BBC 1 HD on ch101, 24/7
I see the above message on ch503 in the early morning and in the evening.
That screen only shows on the SD version of the channel. The HD version should be showing on Ch 503, if it isn't try Ch 882

Your picture isn't showing yet, I think it has to be approved. In the meantime perhaps you could describe what you're seeing? BBC News HD is working for me
