Catch up tv missing sky +hd box

hello.. last 3 days catch up tv is unable to search and download.. also in the search option brings no results.. everything saved still plays.. box switched off at the mains and back on and checked for software update and still the same.. any ideas?

What error message do you see when you try to download from catch-up?

the box shows its currently unavailable and no matter what program/channel all same.. even removed from mains and did 'back up' button and checked upgraded software and still the same?

Try turning off both your Sky box AND your broadband router at the plug. After 30 seconds restart your router and after another 5 minutes, restart your Sky box.
