Cannot access anything in my HD box unable to record
I have checked my broadband signal and rebooted

What is happening when you try to either access a HD channel or download a program in HD as it isn't clear what is going on ?

Do you see the usual menus? Are you able to watch live TV? What colour Is the power light on the front panel? Can you play back existing recordings? Can you use Catch Up? Error message?
Trying to establish what the issue actually is with your Sky box.

Hi can watch live TV but there is nothing when I go into planner

So you mean all your recordings are not present in your planner ?
If so try a planner rebuild:
Press Services on your remote
Select Help
Select Sky+ Rebuild
This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something. Your recordings and downloads are safe when doing this.
