Can’t play back recordings that were recorded using my old sky card says spc10
I have downgraded my sky package , had multi room. ( so two sky cards)
some of my recordings where not playing back 🤷♀️ I spoke to sky who said that the extra multi room card was now the main card and the main card was no longer to be used. Ok I thought so went with it, problem is that the main card was the one we have recordings on, ie paramount series that we can no longer play as says it's the wrong card ( of course it is - it's our multi room card 😱😱) but these series which have been downloaded that we cannot play and we can't even re download it whilst it's on the paramount page. The programmes are not showing on our planner either so cannot delete from there
my question is how do I delete all of these so that I can re download using the multi room sky card. Any help would be appreciated

You've posted in the Sky+ forum. Do you have Sky+? Or Sky Q?

@shazzar33 after putting the Multiscreen Viewing Card in the main box, did you pair the box with the card?

@Mark39 Yes we've been using the multi card since Jan but didn't check on all our downloads and recordings that we had. Some of the recordings like halo have downloaded to our planner and we can't watch them either but hopefully should be able to,delete and re download but another series like Star Trek from paramount hasn't gone to our planner on sky so we can't delete 🤷♀️ and we can't re download it using the multi card as it's still on there on the original main car ( very confusing)

@shazzar33 yes, I understand that from your first post. When you put a replacement Card in the box, you have to 'pair them'. See the 'I want to a to activate....' button here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-card

Do you still subscribe to Sky Cinema?
Without that any recordings previously made from Paramount+ won't work no matter which card is in use.

@Mark39 @We pair it regularly as we take sky card with us to use at our caravans sky box
