Can’t get catch up

My tv is not connecting to Sky. 
it's been several weeks and I've tried everything suggested 

nothing works

@TrudyB27 what do you mean by 'not worked'? In what way? What is the everything you've tried?

It's difficult to help unless you explain clearly what the problem is.

If you have litterally tried "Everything" then that leaves NOTHING so no one will be able to help!

I've not used this before and thought it was to a robot that just needed basic info!!!

so..

for maybe 2 months my Sky is not connecting to the TV 

Notification come up saying connect  
Ive turned it all off at the plug etc. To reboot it and
done everything suggested on line and nothing works  

I need to get an engineer out but don't know how to go about it

Satellite TV is on its last legs and is being replaced due to the lack of any new satellites being launched to replace the existing ones that are at the end of their service
