Can’t access our sky subscriptions

Hello, we have an error message appearing on sky+ hd box stating that we don't have the sports, movie and kids subscriptions even though we do.

There seems to have been a bit of a spate of these. If you call Sky they should be able to send a signal to your Viewing Card to refresh the viewing privileges in line with your subscription.

 

Don't be fobbed off with the 'we don't support Sky+ any more, you need to upgrade' message. There's nothing in any of the communications from Sky to suggest that viewing privileges are going to be removed, just that your box won't be receiving any more software upgrades.
