Hi could I possibly request longer cables from the wall to my TV as this is impacting the connection! Thank you

Not unless you have Sky Protect Insurance, if you don't then you'll need to do the work yourself or employ a 3rd party as Sky Plus is now obsolete

Do you have a wall plate and connect your box to the wall plate using fly leads?

@Kerrymc23 you can buy purpose designed satellite cable extension kits from many hardware stores or online. They simply screw onto your existing cables. Just look for a kit with the size of extension you need.
