My Sky+ is working but about 20 feet of the outer casing of the outside cabling has dried out and dropped off. How do I get this sorted.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUnfortunately you'll need to get a local independent satellite installer to sort it out for you. Sky are no longer sending engineers for Sky+ services.
Or you could upgrade to Sky Q - the cabling and dish will be inspected and repaired where necessary at no additi0nal cost, as part of the installation.

I do have Sky protect. Have phoned them and they cannot come until the 12th Nov. Hopefully it will all keep working until then
