CANCEL SKY+ recording charge

I disconnected my sky+ box as I only had it for recording purposes.  How do I cancel subscription without having to hold on the phone for over 30 minutes!  I cancelled Sky TV over two years ago, but they've charged £10 a month for the use of the sky+ box.
