Home and guide have gone completely black except for the preview box in the corner which Is playing fine. Channels working fine but we can't see the guide or home screen. We can't even go to settings to check options as its completely black.
The tv has been on about 2hrs and working normally before this happened

Have you tried turning your TV off and back on again ?
