BBC The Split Up won’t download

Hi Guys,

Other programmes will download without a problem, but BBC The Split Up will simply not download.

Have tried different episodes, HD and SD, have reset the internet connection, but nothing works.

TalkTalk are my internet provider. Google suggests there may be an issue to do with TT servers, but if that were the case, why can I download everything else?

Any ideas please? TIA

There seems to be a problem with some BBC programme downloads when you use the search feature of you Sky Plus box

Try downloading from the On Demand section without searching
