Apparent incorrect PIN

So I wanted to download some of a show to my phone when I was going away for when I'm in and out of data range, it said I needed a pin to even download the things so I set one up. Now it's saying it's wrong every time I put it in. I only just did and tried resetting it multiple times and it STILL says it's wrong
