Adding multiroom for my mother in law
My mother in law is house bound and is being put to bed quite early by her carers. She wants to watch sky after she is put to bed. How do I get Sky into her bedroom? She can get a bit confused so calling might be a problem. My wife has power of attorney

Re: Adding multiroom for my mother in law
Sky+ is no longer a current Sky platform, and Sky won't sell additional subscriptions or add-ons for it.
If the specification of the existing box permits, you may be able to install a 'magic eye' coaxial cable distribution system, although the vintage of this technology brings additional issues.
Sky only offers Q as a satellite product and Glass/Stream for online consumption: note the interface for these are substantially different to Sky+
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

@Anthony125 I was thinking that if the SKY box supports it then the magic eye as @TimmyBGood mentions via RF would possibly be the best solution
This would need an RF (as used in TV terrestrial aerials) Cable running from the SKY HD box & a 'Magic Eye' which I believe can still be found on ebay. The Magic Eye is needrd to allow the remote to be used control the box from the other room
EDIT : BTW This requires the Bedroom TV to have an anaolgue tuner - ok for older TVs but may not be present in more recent TVs
It is a long time since I had a SKY HD box and there may be some aspects that need further consideration.
Hopefully one of SUs that have current/more recent use can advise further.
SKY's current solution of SKY Q may not be that suitable for your Mother in Law - you may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
