Activation

Hello, my activiation date was meant to be the 17th April. However there was some issues. It said it would be completed by 18 days. My bill is due the 5th and I still haven't heard anything. Can you help

@Amber102 what are you expecting to be activated? It won't be Sky+ where you've posted.
