It usually shows all scheduled episodes of coronation street and
emmerdale and all ones available on catch up But it's not doing why?
it's saying "We're sorry, the information you're looking for isn't
available right now." Thanks it wasn't an issue till today please can
you look into this thanks

Sorry I just want to make sure someone at sky is aware of this issue so then they can look into it but didn't know if it was connected to this issue or not thanks

Sky has suddenly stopped be able to download from on demand and catch up. Same on both boxes I have.

Several other download failures: Babylon Berlin S4 episode 12, New Amsterdam S4 episode 17, Astrid: Murder in Paris S1 episode 6. Some others are fine, but lots of specific failures. Some go to 101% and stick, some just go to downloading and then failed and some will not start at all.

It has not been resolved because right now Astrid: Murder in Paris S1 episode 6 fails on download as reported already.

The original issue with which was affecting almost all downloads has now been fixed. The Astrid episode issue looks like it with that one so needs reporting to the Viewer Relations team at Sky that you can do via the email address - viewerR@sky.uk
