Why can't I have the offer on lionsgate+? It's not allowing me to connect to it

Tried to log in but like lots of people I got the "Tried to activate too quickly" page and now can't log on as I have no password. Reported to sky at 13.20, so let's see if they can fix it.

Hi all, 

rang sky. Spoke to helpful chap. He promised they would sort it after 10 minute phone call, but the fix might take a few hours. Sure enough 3 hours later we are up and running, so answer so far seems to be a quick call to Sky 👍

Have been trying to access Lionsgate+ as a sky vip for the 3 months free but no joy! I've been pressing the icon on the home page to start 3 month free but to no avail.

I am unable to access Lionsgate through Sky. 
Today is the last day I can access the free trial. I am receiving an error- MYSKY_2306

I have sky Q and Disney together I wanted to get Lionsgate too I am retired and a pensioner do we get discount for being VIP  as you are not saying anything about deal s for us
