Sky Q and Sky+ HD customers can subscribe to the DAZN 1 HD channel on Sky Guide 429

How to subscribe to DAZN

To watch DAZN on your Sky Q or Sky+ HD box you'll need to register at dazn.com/skyuk

Subscription rates for the channel are as follows:

• Monthly Saver £9.99 per month - one year contract
• Flexible Pass £19.99 per month - pay monthly cancel with 30 days notice
• Annual Super Saver £99.99 - pay for a year up front

You'll need your viewing card number, which can be found:

Sky Q

• Press Home on your remote.
• Select Settings and then System Information.

Sky+ HD

• Press Services on your remote.
• Select Settings and then System Details.

We’d recommend not taking your viewing card out of the box, as the card must be in the box at the time of purchase for it to work. It can take up to four hours before you can watch the channel (maybe longer if there's a big event on), but you'll be able to use the DAZN app straight away.

Already a DAZN subscriber?

If you already subscribe to DAZN and want to watch the DAZN 1 HD channel on Sky, follow these instructions.

Just a warning for anyone looking to subscribe to DAZN.  Whilst you sign-up via the DAZN website and add your viewing card number to the application, you cannot subsequently manage your subscription via the website.  There is a "call us" link provided on the website but this just takes users round in circles.  The net effect is that it proves difficult to cancel, pause or make any changes to your subscription.  I did finally manage to access some support via the chat and decided to cancel my subscription on the basis of the lack of any self-service option.  Cynically, I think this lack of any self-service option is deliberate as there is definitely the functionality outside the UK for DAZN subscribers to alter or change their subscription options through the website.

Hi there, how do I cancel the subscription please? I contacted DAZN & they told me I need to contact Sky as they manage it. Sky advisor told me this is not a case & I need to contact DAZN. Any can help pls?

If you want to cancel your DAZN subscription then through Google type in DAZN.com and go to the top left corner where it says menu hit that then go to account then subscription and cancel.
