How do I add Amazon Prime Video to Sky Q?
- Sign up to Amazon Prime Video
- Launch the Amazon Prime Video app on your Q box by saying ‘Open Prime Video’ into your voice remote
- A page reading “Sign in to start watching” will appear - select ‘Sign in’
- Follow the on-screen instructions and go to amazon.co.uk/mytv using a mobile device or computer
- Sign in your Amazon account - you will land on the ‘Register a device’ page
- Enter the registration code as shown on the screen of your TV and click ‘Register Device’
- The Amazon Prime Video app is now added to your Q box!
Do you also have Sky Q mini boxes? Simply repeat the steps above for each box.
Can I watch Amazon Prime video in Ultra HD or HDR?
Provided that you have a compatible TV and Sky Q box, the Amazon Prime Video app will detect your TV settings and auto change the stream to Ultra HD or HDR.
