The most common advice is to try using PCM Stereo as the audio output on the puck. This tends to be fine for those that just use their TV's speakers. If you have a soundbar or AV receiver and want Dolby Atmos then it can be trickier to maintain sync.
Make sure you use high speed HDMI cables for all connections, between puck and TV and TV and soundbar/receiver over eARC.
You can also try an optical connection between your TV and soundbar/receiver if available. This will give you 5.1 audio but no Atmos.
Unfortunately I tried them all but couldn't maintain reliable sync on my puck. It seems to be hit and miss whether customers suffer from this or not.

Re: voice sync puck
Hi @FordnissanLeaf1 and welcome to the forum. I used to get issues with Lip Sync from time to time but have'nt experienced it for a few months.
Rather than rebooting when you experience the problem I found simply flipping to another channel and back again got the picture and sound back in sync (and only takes about 3 seconds )
As mentioned by @BenJoBanjo you could also experiment with your sound settings. The general consensus is to use PMC or passthrough but I found Dolby Digital Plus worked best for me. You can find these settings by going to the following menu: Settings > Picture & Sound > Sound > Digital Audio Output HDMI.
Good luck.
