Sky puck delivery
I signed up to Sky internet which gives you a free Sky Puck with TV streaming, but every time the puck was due to be delivered, I was in the office. Now, they're going to cancel the TV side. How can I make sure they don't do this? BTW - don't have a phone at the moment, so only thing I can do is live chat but it looks like they don't have that facility

Are you sure the TV side of things is free? You may get a free puck loaned to you (without the normal £39.99 activation fee) but are you sure the streaming TV subscription is free too? The basic Sky Essentials streaming package is normally £15pm so I'd be surprised if they give you this free, or is the cost built in to the broadband charge?
