@chris2266 To change any of your TV packs please see https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/account-and-billing-sky-stream/account-and-subscriptio...
If you're in a minimum term you may not be able to cnacel. Also to remove Sky Go would mean cacelling Whole Home which is needed to view TV subscriptions on more than one Glass Tv or Stream puck

Sky Glass/Stream doe snot use Multi Room, it is WHole Home and IS required to view Sky Go asa Glass/Stream customer
Watching and using Sky Go
- To use Sky Go, you’ll need a Multiscreen, Sky Go Extra, or a Sky Streaming TV Whole Home subscription.
- Not all shows and movies can be watched live and you’ll need the right TV package for what you’re trying to watch.
- You can't download or record through Sky Go on your console, but you can on your compatible phone, tablet, laptop or computer.

Re: to cancel cinema
Yes but as it states you can have Sky stream and Sky Go, you do not need whole home to use Sky Go, I had Sky Go without having whole home. So the OP can still sue Sky Go when they cancel whole home.

@chris2266
You need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice to cancel Sky Cinema however if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them, because the discounts were provided on the understanding you’d be paying for the full period. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t affect another discount.
You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.

That's not my understanding,or what this says
How Sky Go Works with Sky StreamIncluded at no cost: Your Sky TV subscription automatically gives you access to the Sky Go app.Device limits: You can register up to 6 devices on your Sky Go account. Standard plans let you stream on 2 devices simultaneously.Whole Home upgrade: If you have the Sky Whole Home (Multiscreen) add-on, your simultaneous streaming limit increases to 4 devices at the same time.What you can watch: The channels and on-demand content you see on Sky Go are tied directly to the packages you are paying for on your Sky Stream.Offline viewing: You can download your favourite shows and movies over Wi-Fi on the app to watch offline when you are out and about.

Re: to cancel cinema
Sky Go on Sky Stream and Sky Glass, as detailed in the Sky Stream FAQ;
With Sky Go you can stream live, on demand and catch up content* from Sky on your phone, tablet, laptop or computer with the Sky Go app. Watch around your home or while you’re out and about at no extra cost to your TV subscription.
Stream on two devices at the same time and download your favourite shows and movies over WiFi before you leave home to watch offline.
And if you’ve got the Whole Home monthly subscription, you can stream on four devices at the same time with Sky Go and watch Sky TV on your games console by downloading TV from Sky.
Your Sky Glass TV and any Sky Stream pucks don’t count as one of your Sky Go devices.
*Content depends on your Sky TV subscription

Re: to cancel cinema
@oj01 You can definetly have Sky Go without having Sky Whole Home, the wording is confusing though. Sky Go Extra is included with whole home though which is probably where the confusion comes from.
