streaming
Upgraded from ultrafast to full fibre 300 because sky streaming and buffering very slow and sound and picture stopping and starting

Hi @Bobbs
Broadband speed is only part of the equation. Your glass / puck needs constant speeds of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
You can check the speed you are getting by opening netflix> go to left hand menu > get help? > Connection check.
Try running it a few times and take an average. It may be that you need a wireless booster, or router channel needs adjusting.
Also try powering off your glass / puck for a few minutes.
