streaming issue

if i check my sky, it tells me i have a problem with the streaming puck and lets fix it, i click on fix it and it asks me what is the prolem, the only probelm i am aware of is ITV x randomly stop part ay through programme and goes to end i have to keep restarting and fast forwarding ot wher i got to i assume this is the issue but not in the drop down so i do not know how to fix it.

You can generally ignore what it says on the MySky app. The ITVX issue is allegedly solved, but you need to restart your Stream puck from the settings menu in order for the fix to be activated according to other users.

No, all your playlist information is stored on Sky's servers. Restarting the puck will not affect it at all. It's good to do a restart quite regularly.
