some tv channels buffering, laptop brooser buffering

Some tv channels and disney +, netflix buffering.

Laptop brooser buffering for minutes and sometimes wont load pages at all.

Ran speedtest at laptop 291mbps

Router in living room, 10 feet from puke, no obstructions.

Sky fixed about 6 weeks ago.

Moved from Virgin. no issues at laptop with virgin. Virgin broadband was slower.

Have tried the usual, restarting everything.

Any help would be apprecited.

Very dissappointed with Sky

@budoarts  You need to run the speedtest on your puck, open the netflix app, go to get help, run connection test, what speed is being reported?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: some tv channels buffering, laptop brooser buffering

when I connect hub and puke by ethernet cable the speed increses to 89.49mbps.

This distance from hub to puke is now only 8 feet and they are looking at each other with no obstructions.

really poor wifi

Re: some tv channels buffering, laptop brooser buffering

@budoarts that would suggest that your puck isn't getting a clean and stable WiFi connection. It's probably picking up some interference or the signal isn't great where it is ... Try repositioning it..
