Netflix not loading.

So had to get a new sky puck as was experiencing problems with the old puck, but now netflix won't work.

@Pricey323    Have you tried going into Settings, System management, Resets & updates, and select App refresh.  It takes a few minutes but will automatically return you to the Home Screen? Then go back in exactly the same but this time select Restart, again allow it to return you to the Home Screen, and see if that sorts it.
