sky tv stream -some programs freeze on playback after showing adverts.

I have tried to watch the Dan Browns the lost symbol but it freezes playing after showing the adverts.

Subtitles also stop showing.

This is really annoying as I need to stop/restart the program after each break.

This only happens on some playback programs.

Broadband seems on.

@CPP1  If you haven't already go to Settings and System management and Resets & updates and press Restart device.  When you are returned to the Home screen go back in exactly the same except press Refresh apps.  Again wait until you are returned to the Home Screen, it can take a few minutes.  If that doesn't work unplug your router and leave off for about 30;seconds minimum and then plug in.  I hope it works.
