sky stream keeps skipping content, mkaing watching a show very difficult

we are watching sky using sky stream, the show keeps skipping content which makes watching a complete show an absolute nightmare.

Pause a show and go make a cup of tea, watch a bit when you come back, then it skips to current time andyou can't rewind to where you were. it is just so frustrating

We are having the same problem with Sky Glass, when you pause a live show or use the Watch from start it will suddenly go back to beginning whilst you are watching it and then you can't get back to where you watching it or rewind it properly and then it will suddenly disappear and go on to the next programme. Been happening a few weeks now
