How long does it take for stream puck to activate

How long does it take for puck (stream ) processing times as I've ordered Monday early hours 3am and waiting it says active order in process does anyone know how long it takes, as I cannot watch anything on sky go app hope this makes sense thank you

@Sophia10   It normally comes the next day, but hopefully you will receive it tomorrow.  It usually is quite quick..  I hope it comes soon.

I've just gone through this.

When your equipment arrives, check your on line order, it will give you an activation date. For me it was 3 days after the Pucks arrived. I received a text at about 8:15am on the day saying all was now live, my hubby hat it running almost perfectly within a few minutes. It took him a while to sort out Paramount Plus as he kept entering the password incorrectly 🤷🏼
