sky sports problem on streaming
Is anyone else have problems only with live sport (especially football) on sky sports? TNT seems to be fine or at least a lot better. Symptons are frequent freezing and audio of synch.
It might be a broadband issue but BT data shows download speeds should be good enough
Also I have not changed anything in the set up and for a long period I had no problems whatsoever so it's a hard one to resolve
I have reset the pucks but no effect - ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME beyond this! Many thanks all

I had freezing and buffering particularly on live sports when i first got Sky Stream. The cause was the strength of my Wifi signal, which i know is dodgy in that corner of my property. Whats key is that the network connection for the puck needs to be strong and consistant so Wifi interference can play havoc with the sky streaming platform.
It might be worth testing if its the Wifi signal by connecting the puck via an ethernet cable and see if the issue improves. When doing this its key to also disable the Wifi in the puck's network settings and also to reboot the puck to ensure the Wifi is disabled.

Re: sky sports problem on streaming
As @MarkGoldsmith suggested, any stuttering or buffering is likely to be caused by the speeds/bandwidth your puck is recieving.
Run a speed test via the Netflix app and that'll show what the puck is recieving.
If these are close to the minimum recommended speeds, you'll need to jig things around to improve the puck WiFi connection is go for an Ethernet cable.
