@jxpomup For the community to helk you'll need top post more than 2 words, "Sky issue" is of no use to us as we can't help based on such poor details.
Perhaps you could try explaining exactly what the issue is?

Sounds like you may be having an issue with activating your Sky Stream
If so.
Make sure you are logged into your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky with your skyid username and password.
Go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate
On there you will enter your activation code that you see on screen during the setup.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
