I have just set up tp link deco as access points on my bt hub router. the wireless is disabled on the router but sky puck will not connect to the internet. the internet is working fine on all other devices, can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong, this is driving me mad!!

Find out more@Garysuk I have my pucks connected to a Deco system running in Access Point mode on a Skybhub without issue so there should be no reason why the set up wont work . If you haven't done so I would power down the BT Hub, the Deco and the Sky puck. Then power up the BT hub once fully booted restat the Deco and finally the puck. If the puck doesn't connect go through the network reset steps from the Network settings menu making sure you choose the correct SSID. That should ensure the BTHub's DHCP server gives the puck s valid internal IP address which you can check from the `hub's interface.
