sky puck start up

good evening,

my Sky Park every time I switch it on just gives me a black blue red line right across the middle of the screen it's trying to start up but then fails. I have to then go through a full factory reset to get it to start again, what is the issue?

It sounds like a faulty puck. I would ask sky to replace.
