sky puck not working problem

I have an intermittent fault brief audio / visual glitches. occasionally the screen goes white . no damage has happened. puck has been rebooted. puck is wireless and direct line of sight 20cm (0.2m) from the hub. I do have to reconnect the controller to the puck to use the voice options.

I am having something similiar suddenly. Picture keeps blurring or freezing. Speed is fine as sky go is working okay. 

My sky app tells me my speed is okay
