@edgeedge Have you looked at the Using Paramount + with Sky link. There may be something there that might help you. If after following the various steps you are still having trouble there is a link at the bottom of the page "No, I still need help" if you follow that link through to the end it will give you a phone number to use to phone SKy for further help.
Also, if you type Paramount into the search bar at the top of this page it will show you other threads relating to P+ where you might find some useful information.
