"upgrade my subscription to watch this program"
Hi there
Sky Puck wont play any channels suddenly after working fine for last year.
Message on every channel says I need to upgrade my subscription to watch this program. Examples include BBC1, ITV, Sky News, Eurosport, Sky Sports - even though i have all the packages and the settings confirm it on the Puck.
Payments are up to date - checked that too.
Have tried reboot, unplugging, resetting internet etc.
Please could someone help advise?

This sounds very similar to outage that happened around 6 weeks ago. Hopefully it's just localised to you and not a general issue. Phone sky

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. A some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
My good journey to Sky Stream from Sky Q. Click here to read
