Puck still keeps closing down and rebooting

Please Sky, will you fix this issue of the system shutting down and rebooting without warning.

 

Please also dont say its the ISP or my Network.

@Super+Anthony  As this seems to be an issue with your puck have you spoken to Sky to get it swapped, for the record my puck has never done this in the 3 years I've had it, so it seems like a faulty puck rather than any kind of software issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Not seen this issue either.

Sounds like a faulty puck or maybe an local electrical socket or extension being faulty.

Don't agree I am afraid and I suspect it's another issue on top of other current problems and which Sky have agreed that there are still but can't put a time frame on all of them being fixed. 

They have been very helpful, but it's just taken too long to sort them out.

I had the same problem. A replacement puck was the answer.

New customer here and I'm having this same issue, only had it installed on Wednesday 6th Nov and sometimes it drops out and says loading channel, sometimes freezes and also the lipsync sometimes goes out. I changed to sky after 20+ years on Virgin/cable/nynex as they were getting bad.

Totally agree I'm getting more than frustrated with the constant faults and lack of any accountability from Sky, rebooting doesn't always work.

I want one of those pucks that haven't had any issues in 3 or more years!!!!!!

I agree @MartyK glad others agree with me and that it's a bigger picture and that the fault once again is with Sky to sort

 

I have already had a second puck a couple of months ago and I don't think Sky want to give me another one
