not able to watch live rv
cannot watch tv, restarted the puck. same issue. cant watch bbc iplayer or live TV

@hugh85 to stream video the puck requires a good network connection. If using WiFi the. Network settings shows the strength of the signal and you can check the speed to the puck by running the network test innthe Get Help,menu in the Netflix app.

guessing sky wifi is not strong enough to support sky tv/sky puck.
do customers get money back for the service being unreliable

Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, over a half hour period between tests.
What is your speed?

Essentially no, unless you can demonstrate you were actively missold the platform.
You can reject it without giving a reason within the first month: after that you'd need to negotiate early exit if you are in a minimum term. Apparently Sky will eventually accept such an argument.
