no equipment

No sky equipment delivered still , have had installation done all activated,  but no equipment , saying not even dispatched , been over 5 days , I already rang sky over 30 mins to get phone answered , and then was told the equipment order was cancelled , so sorry will reordering now you will get tomorrow , still noting and is showing on app as still not dispatched , I am paying for services i cannot use as no broadband hub or streaming puk tv , my old virgin suppler cut everything off 5 days ago so Ihave nothing and getting no way with sky.

Let them know you've had no service.

In my previous experience with this I was refunded for the period of no service and I think they threw in a few quid off my next bill too.
