Once your puck is activated you need to follow the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
And link your existing netflix to sky (this tells netflix to stop billing you) or set up a new account as per the instructions. This is usually instant.
