Hi @Cookie1968 

can be cancelled on MySky app (or on the stream puck in your subscription)

Steps for the MySky app:

• Go to the TV section.

• Go to the My Bill section.

• Locate the Marketplace section.

• Click on View subscriptions to manage and cancel your Disney+ subscription. 

Important Note: You cannot cancel your Disney+ subscription through the Disney+ website or app if you purchased it through Sky. You must manage it through Sky's platform.
