broadband and wifi

Although the app tells me that my connectivity is great, i can't load anything on sky especially when it's live sports and now my wifi is noticeably slower on all devices. I've been dealing with issues since i started the contract and have had everything replaced as well as engineers come in to check the connections and still no difference.

@dhr2  Do you know your internet speed?  If not go to Netflix even if you don't subscribe and find settings and you will see an option to check your internet speed.  Also what did the engineer say after his visit did he just leave saying he couldn't fix it?
