YouTube not working

Hi, tried to watch YouTube through the App on Sky Stream this evening but all I get is a blank screen, has anybody else got this issue and have any ideas how to fix it please.

@LJ004 disconnect the power to the hub for a few seconds will makectge unit reboot which ooften clears faults if it doesnt go into settings and scroll right down and you will find an option to rest the apps which isnt instant but also normally clearscfaults.

I've had the same problem but only on my 2nd puck in the bedroom and only on YouTube it loads and just goes to a blank screen doesn't effect any other apps have pulled the power cord out waited a few minutes then it works but unfortunately the next day same thing happens have refreshed apps but again same thing happens, very annoying.
