YouTube not working on Stream

My YouTube app will not work on Sky stream. A solution from this community from 2024 suggested unplugging the puck for 10 minutes. This brought YouTube back, but I lost all Sky TV channels.

called Sky support today and the (very good) expert helped me with a full reinstall. This brought the TV channels back, but YouTube was lost again.

apparently this was not the first call that he had received about YouTube today, so it may now become a "known issue".

it was suggested that I inform the community of this fact.

if anyone has solved this problem in the recent past, please let me know.

@IM63  Have you tried refreshing the apps in the settings menu

Yes, tried this. Oddly enough, when I tried to access YouTube again, it prompted me to sign in again with a QR code and , for the meantime at least, seems to be working again.
