Wrong region on sky pucks

I moved to Yorkshire last July and my address is correct on my details page by my sky stream pucks insist on showing the appropriate content for Wales, my old address. The helpline is totally useless as is the my sky app which appears ignorant of changing regions. How in hell's name do I correct this?

Afraid, you will just have to persist with calling Sky or using chat.

Assume from what you have said that your address and postcode are both showing correctly in details in your MySky account. The region is based on that, but we have seen in the past some customers change address and the change not reflected promptly.
